In terms of architectural form, the designers sought to perfectly embody the inspiration of Shenzhen's development and the unique characteristics of the site. Throughout this process, the project's architectural design will be meticulously planned with a "people-centric" design philosophy, providing comprehensive services for businesses, businesses, and residents.

The architectural space planning begins with the single unit form. The commercial podium is required to provide as much public space as possible. The apartment tower prioritizes views, daylight, outdoor spaces, and sky gardens.

The project's overall design height is approximately 150 meters. Retail and dining options are concentrated in the lower floors of the podium, followed by talent apartments and office floors. Business apartments occupy the upper floors, and the stacked buildings are equipped with sky gardens and exterior terraces, providing residents and users with stunning views of the surrounding city.

The exterior design aims to create a timeless and refined facade, reinforcing the project's identity as a future landmark in this area of Shenzhen's Futian District. The accordion-style curtain wall gracefully extends to the east and west. Hexagonal window sills maximize daylight and offer expansive views. On the east side, the building's sliding motion adds another dimension, creating a sky garden for residents to enjoy and use.

We have created a vertical forest concept through the interweaving of vertical functional areas of individual buildings, the integration of commercial podium traffic lines, and the ingenuity of the sky garden landscape, introducing culture, life, green ecology, talents and shared space, injecting new life into the project.
