In this vibrant new workplace, maintaining high team productivity is paramount. Designed with flexibility and versatility in mind, the office environment incorporates tools and technology that support both independent work and collaborative collaboration. The space eschews traditional departmental divisions to accommodate diverse workflows and project needs. The curved mobile  glass partition in the lobby not only embodies the brand's wave-like, flexible design, but also allows for the creation of diverse scenarios tailored to client needs, such as the Lycra Plaza, Lycra Training Center, and Lycra display center.

From café social and collaborative environments to "deep work" areas, the design strives to create a variety of spaces for employees to explore and discover. The open floor plan includes multiple types of meeting rooms and non-traditional work areas such as lounge sofas and bar stools.

The overall layout and atmosphere of Lycra's new office allow employees to easily switch between independent and collaborative work, and also provide a model for business transformation and inspiring office inspiration on a global scale.
