Saurer Innovation center  is a comprehensive building integrating technology R&D, new product testing, customer training, and headquarters offices. Designed as an office community, the headquarters building is centered around the core concept of #Green Circulation, Digital Manufacturing, Shared Future#. The first floor of the Innovation Center have new product testing center, laboratory and a full-process equipment showroom. The second floor is the headquarters of Saurer R&D, new product testing, customer training, and headquarters offices.

R&D center, production areas, staff support spaces, and office areas are meticulously integrated to create a highly synergistic complex. Furthermore, the spatial flow allows users to seamlessly transition between intense research and practical applications, embodying the practical logic of "functional integration," a core concept of the project.

The whole concept of the project retains the characteristics of German enterprises, which is simple and rigorous, and high-quality detail design runs through every detail of the project.
