The most difficulty for customers in renting this office space is that the main entrance is in a poor location and is not adjacent to the elevator hall. How to let visitors see the company image and find the company location at the first time is the core issue of the entire project. Therefore, the design team conducted on-site investigations and understanding, starting from the architecture, and first made concessions in the location of the lobby, sharing a small part of the inner area with the entrance, and then set up a transition space in the lobby. By raising the lobby position and designing a specific metal door frame, the entrance is effectively turned into an independent display box. Not only can visitors know the company's location at the first moment after entering, but it also provides the best display effect for the company's imagination and the overall office space.

The open-plan layout and glass partitions within the offices ensure ample and evenly distributed daylight, promoting employee well-being.
